How is it we are supposed to get these little suckers off?  Or are 
we supposed to check our lug tightness with them on?  Most of mine 
are in good shape but evidently the previous owner had trouble with 
one of the tires and the covers on those nuts are a mess.  One cover 
is missing.

I've been told to get new chrome plated ones by a local RV parts 
store.

Any advice?
