I think a lot of people choose the Class A motorhomes for a few reasons

1. Storage.. they have full basements.

2. They feel like they don't have to get out of the vehicle at rest stops and 
other places which gives them a sense of security.  

3. Generators...... they can live off the grid and still have all the toys 
working.

4. They like having the little cheap toad, for sightseeing.
