[A/S] Hensley Hitch Install

I broke down and bought a Hensley the other day.  It
got here last night and I installed it today.  I
adjusted the spring bars so that the truck sank evenly
front and rear.  I measured the front and rear wheel
wells and adjusted it so both sank 3/8 of an inch. 
However, I have the spring bars      ed all the way up
to achieve that.  Also, the trailer is definately not
level...it is higher in front than in the rear.  Do I
have this thing adjusted right but need an 8" drop
instead of the 6" drop that I have?  Thanks!
