[A/S] Newer Safari problem
Sam, thanks for the "heads-up" on the rivets on the stone guard.
I'll have to check that tomorrow. (When the rain stops).
I have a 1999 Safari and I see that the cover on the compartment
on the back bumper is coming unglued. (Where we store the
"ship to shore" electrical cord). It looks like they attached the
piano hinge to that top cover with double stick sponge tape. Any
one else had this problem? I could repair it with another
application of mounting tape but I don't know how long it will
hold. If I drilled a hole and screwed or riveted it I'd be putting a
hole in the metal and perhaps get a rust problem going.
