         Steve, my supplier at a RV shop in north GA said that he would 
continue to refill the old tanks, because Georgia has not "signed on" to 
the new regs.  I read - I think in TL -  that that's nonsense - that it's a 
federal regulation, and does not require independent approval from states; 
I believe the TL piece, not the RV dealer.
         Your supplier's story may be a similar "I want to do it" excuse, 
or may actually be true; how does one know?  I've not heard of anyone who's 
had any trouble getting tanks re-valved because of any shortage of the valves.
