I'm just beginning towing and camping, so  you might take my opinion for
what it's worth.

I recommend the 20# tanks because they are available everywhere - prefilled.
In a pinch, you'll never be without fuel.  With the 30#s, you'll have to
find a filling station and that might be convenient in all situations.  The
cost per pound for the propane is about $0.60 per pound in my area and it
doesn't matter the size of tank.  Just be sure you have the new OPD valves
and a new regulator!

Yipeeee, I'm off tomorrow on my first tow/camping experience. :)
