[A/S] Honda generator revisited

Is a single Honda EU2000i adequate to power the Dometic Penguin
air conditioner in most late model Airstreams?

I can't quite tell from the air conditioner manual. The Honda
EU2000i is apparently rated at 1600 watts continuous, 2000 watts
peak, from what I can gather from the ads. 

I realize I'd not be able to use anything else while the air
conditioner was on, but is it adequate for even that?
