Hi Ed, I think your weight is a factor..... if you are not real overweight you will be fine. I've had a bunch of guys on my roof since I bought the trailer..... be sure to stay on the ribs... look for the rivets. When you put the ladder against the skin use a towels or a blanket to protect the aluminum. Hunter
