 Hello Don, I wouldn't let anyone but an Airstream dealer work on 
your trailer. 100 miles isn't that far to get it done right.  I would 
tell that insurance company that only an Airstream dealer is working 
on that trailer.It is your trailer not theirs and it is your choice 
where you want to get it fixed. I would charge them for towing it to 
the dealer. They might even come a get it. To bad you don't live in 
Ohio, you could take it to Jackson Center. Another thing that might 
happen is they may total it out.  Richard in Southwest
