Au contraire, Lexxey - a travel trailer bouncing over potholes and speed
bumps requires more elaborate and careful stowage than a sailing vessel!
Just for fun, you might take turns riding in the trailer while the other
drives down a country road. Although bias ply tires might be more 'correct'
on the older trailers, it is universally accepted that belted radials
provide a smoother ride. And, while no one is supposed to be riding in a
trailer under tow, the bouncing and vibration constitutes wear and tear on
lots of different types of equipment/systems.
