I just ordered a "rolling floor" for my Ford F-250 through a local vendor. 
The brand is "Bedslide" and they have a web site at www.bedslide.com. It has a
carpeted floor, is mounted on bearing rollers into a steel frame, rated at
1200# load (although can be upgraded with additional mounting bolts tying the
frame to the truck). Expected cost for material, freight, mounting and taxes
is ~$625.
