Thanks, Patti. I'm not sure if the aftermarket remote start units 
have a delay for the diesel to warm up. Matter of fact, I'm not sure 
if the Ford ones do either! LOL! I'm just lookin' for an alarm that 
doesn't require cutting and splicing into the factory wiring or 
having to remove the dash or body panels to install.
