Right you are, Joy. The previous owner had welded the brackets to the A
frame and then torch cut the brackets in two to get the Hensley off. I only
got the bottom half of the brackets. I had to buy new brackets, U bolts and
a 6" drop tow bar. Anybody need a 2" drop Hensley tow bar? The story going
around was that some RV manufacturer came out with a new trailer that was so
unstable that it could only get certified for highway use with a Hensley and
welded brackets. True or not, I don't know.
