Joe,

You're out of luck. The bottom has rotted out of the tank. A separate replacement 
inner tank is no longer available. Atwood makes a replacement model G10B which will 
fit in the same hole and fit the existing plumbing. If you are in a northern location 
you might want to consider putting a winterize bypass on the new heater when you 
install it.
