Glenn,
When I bought my 3/4 ton Suburban today I traded in my
1992 1/2 ton w/350 engine.  I have a 1979 28' A/S. The
reason I traded was that I had a $2000 transmission
problem.  If not for that problem I would have kept
the 1/2 ton for a while even though it was
underpowered.  I reasoned that since I was replacing
anyway I might as well get a bit more power.
