it all depends on how deep the swirls are. and I recommended an orbital OR hand
polishing just as Bud Cooper does.  anyway, do not use any machine or air
polisher which is not a true orbital and you want it running slow and you want
to be using a light touch and you want to be changing the pads every few
minutes. and tossing the used ones in a washer.

ditto with the hand polishing.  all finish polishing should be done by hand.
