AJ,

You can buy a very small fan made to sit in the bottom of the fridge and 
circulate the air inside. I bought one for a few bucks, runs off of two D 
cells, and now the whole fridge is cooler. It is about a 3 inch cube and 
runs so quite you cannot hear it working. Cost about $4 or so.
