Sam, you might try using the sheet "garters" to keep the bottom sheet
snug.  They look like the old mitten keepers, elastic with a grabber at
each end, and they are adjustable. Otherwise you probably need to take a
sewing maching to the bottom sheet.

Daisy ( who has what she now knows is an island double. Island queen
sounds better of course. This may be boat sales talk. I played yacht
sailsperson at Newport a month ago.
