AJ,

The water supply from the sink faucet may have blockage inside the
aerator.  Unscrew the aerator from the neck of the faucet and clean it
out.  Or, have you already tried running the water with the aerator
removed?

Seems that our units get excess minerals and whatever in the lines and
this is what usually happens to us anyway.
