AJ, since you state that the kitchen faucet doesn't flow, but the other 
faucets do, I would suggest looking at the strainer (aerator) at the end of 
the kitchen sink faucet.  It may be plugged with debris.

On the refrigerator pilot, I would suggest taking it apart and looking for an 
obstruction, such as a spider web.  Blow out the orifice (do not try to clean 
by poking something through the orifice.  They can be easily damaged.  Also, 
it could be a bad thermocouple.  They are easy to replace.
