I would be using 10ga 3 wire and make sure that it is suitable for burying if
you have it underground.  Fireants love this stuff, the EM effect of wiring
boxes, wires, etc attract the suckers so make sure you have TIGHT
fittings/joints from your 200a panel to your 30a box in the shed.  If I did not
hate that nasty piping and so on, I would almost (unless your code calls for it
which I doubt), run the wire in
