Two things to watch out for.
1. Awnings not shipped in a transport tube will NOT survive the trip. Have 
the shipper check with his/her local RV service facilities for a tube they 
no longer need. We throw away lots of them every year.
2. The only place on you coach to attach a patio awning is on a rib line, 
preferably those at each end of the side sheet. The dimension will not be to 
the even foot. An awning is measured from center of arm to center of arm. 
The length of the awning must be such that it anchors on a rib line.
