 Hello Tom, Like was said this is not anything new. I had a propane 
fired generator on my 73 Airstream. It's purpose was to charge the 
battery. It worked for a while, then it quit charging, but the motor 
ran good. Never could figure out what was wrong. I never really 
persued it to any depth though. I didn't think it was to noisy. It 
would  have been the berrys for boondocking, just to keep batteries 
charged. Richard in southwest Ohio.
