Noah, keep in mind that oxygen is required to support the catalytic 
combustion.  You do need to be concerned about oxygen depletion.  If your 
heater does not have an oxygen sensor, I would suggest one in your trailer or 
wherever the heater is being used.  This would also be a concern with the 
recently introduced non-vented LP or natural gas heaters and/or fireplace 
logs used in homes.

You are on track by leaving a window cracked.
