Sherry - I've been using XMRADIO in the car and the trailer.  I bought the 
Sony portable satellite receiver that uses the
cassett deck in your radio to provide the audio to the trailer or 
car.  Works great everywhere and with over 130 channels of audio, many free 
of ads, it's a pleasure to use and liswten to your favorite music or news 
without driving out of the signal range.

Equipment was $249.99 and the monthly is $9.95.  And for this I have 
satellite radio in both the car and the trailer with very little fuss.
