[A/S] Airstream diesel pusher warrantee

I bought a new Land Yacht out in Utah and drove it back to Maryland.  
My wife and I are just thrilled with it but, we can't seem to get 
anyone to do any warrantee work on it.  For no apparent reason, the 
driver's side windshield cracked.  The factory agreed that it was 
probably due to the way they installed it and agreed to replace it.  
They even said that we could bring it to the factory for repairs (500 
miles…).  I called three dealers, one in DE and that guy 
was "unfriendly", a guy in VA who said he wouldn't work on AS's until 
they started paying him.   And a guy in PA who said he'd look at it 
but really didn't want to.  I am beginning to get concerned.  Has 
anyone else had similar problems getting warrantee work done and what 
would you recommend?
