Since we are not full timing (yet, hope the house sells soon) we dump whenever
we leave a campground.  I don't want to carry any unnecessary weight.  So this
may be one night or one week.  We all most never sit still long enough for 
the tank
to get 3/4 full.  I like to full a 2 gal. bucket and pour that down the 
head as a final
rinse before closing the valve.  I never leave the valve open longer than 
it takes
to dump.  In our case anyway I think it would be good to use less paper and 
more
water. Hope this clarifies things.
