Hello Jon,
We carry 4 bikes on the top of the Suburban with a Thule 4 bike rack
system. It's not the cheapest one on the market but works well. The only
real issue is getting the bikes up that high, that takes some lifting. I
have seen bikes on the back of the coach, that would be hard on the
frame of my 68 30' Sovereign. We have used this roof top system over the
past 5 years and the only problem I found is forgetting they are up
there when unhooked from the trailer (I always pay attention to overhead
clearances with the trailer hooked). I corrected that mistake from last
year yesterday at a cost of $110!
