[A/S] Black Tank Valve

Hi Gang,

<sigh> I just had the trailer in Walt's before my trip up here in Tennessee.  
Wouldn't you know I'd find a problem half way here instead of before I went 
to Walt's.

I emptied my tanks at the last campground I stayed in, in north Georgia..... 
because I'm parked at my cabin with no sewer inlet.

When I took the cap off, both valve pulls were shut....... but about a cup of 
nasty "black water" came pouring out )c:   It's gotten harder and harder to 
shut the black valve lately... obviously I have a problem that needs fixing.

Could it just be something stuck in the valve runner?  Toilet paper? 
(Hopefully)

Or..... do I need it all replaced? If I need it replaced, can any RV repair 
shop do that or do I need an official Airstream dealer?
