Pipe-frame to ladder-frame (circa 1950); shift from oval to rectangular
windows (around the same time); addition of black- and grey-water tanks;
introduction of the Henschen axle, replacing leaf-spring suspension
(1960's?)

Have you had a look at Burkhart and Hunt's "History of the Landyacht"? A
terrific book...
