Sorry you didn't sign your nname so I can't address you.  The *very best* tow 
vehicle is probably a 3/4 ton truck with the diesel engine.  eg: Ford F-250, 
Dodge 2500 or the new Chevy Duramax.  The Suburban and Excursion is also a 
popular choice.

The *very best* tow vehicle are long wheelbase... like fullsize pickups and 
Suburbans or Ford Excursions. The longer the wheelbase the more stable the 
rig will be.

Do you need one to pull your 1969 29'....... no.   Find out the weight of 
that trailer.... (I didn't know they made 29' trailers in 1969).  Back then 
trailers were pulled by cars and did fine, but since you are asking about 
*the very best* I'm talking trucks.
