[A/S] Replacing Rear Twin Beds With Queen Bed

We have the center bath/rear twin bed configuration with the "curved" 
twin beds on each side with a night stand in between.  Wondering if 
it is possible (& if possible how difficult) to modify this to a 
queen bed setup instead.  Has anyone done this before and are there 
any diagrams/guidance available on how one would do this.  AJ
