[A/S] Soverign Listing To One Side - What Is Causing This?

I had to park our 31' Soverign along our gravel driveway in order for
some heavy equipment to get through. The area where the trailer was
parked was a bit rutted/uneven & I noticed that the trailer was
listing to the "street side" (entry door side)based on the large
level on the front of the trailer. I didn't attempt to put the
stabilizer bars down. Worked inside the trailer a bit, kids came and
went from the trailer, etc. I towed the trailer to the concrete pad
and had to go up the side of the driveway (bit of a culvert). Placed
the trailerin front of the barn (concrete pad) and noticed that the
level indicator was still indicating the trailer was listing street
side (about 1/4 - 1/2" from the center of the level - it is evident
when you stand back from the front of the trailer). Checked the tire
pressure - it was low in all but one tire so I fixed that. Still no
change. Put the stabilizer bars down, still no change. So it
appears that there is an alignment problem of some sort. I plan on
taking the trailer in tomorrow for service (i.e. have them check the
wheel balance, brake pads, etc.) So my questions are as follows:

1. Based on what I am describing, is there any specific thing that I
should have them check or adjust that might solve this problem with
the listing

2. Any suggestions as to what I should have them check in general.
We bought the trailer locally and the previous owner (the 2nd) was
very handy and appears to have kept the trailer in very good working
order (all appliances work, all lights work, everything in good
shape). My main concern is with the wheels/brakes but is/are there
anything else that I should have them check while I have the trailer
in for service? The dealer is not an AS dealer (Pierce RV Billings
MT) but is the largest dealership in the area and has a good rep.

Thanks, AJ
