I concur.  One of my tanks has an intermittent problem that prevents
flow.  I have to assume that it is a sticking OPD.  The first time the
tank would not take propane at a filling station.  The other time it
quit allowing flow to the regulator.  Both times it was corrected by
shaking the tank vertically.
