my 31' has double pane with the reflective film and supposedly vacuum sealed.
of course, now the film is bubbled, vacuum is lost, and a previous owner broke
out a couple of the inner panes to release (I guess??) condensation, leaked
water - do hate those skylight windows whatever they are called - 
Anyway, I do remember that the Polar package was a setup for cold weather
climes.  the items mentioned here already (insulation and windows) and the
addition of insulation on pipes, etc.
