on a recent trip our accelerator cable froze at about 3/4 throttle 
open and then broke. It took quite a bit of creative finagling to get 
to our destination. We learned that the part is not available 
anymore.  Right now it is wired with a lawn mower cable a peice of 
rope and a block of wood. any ideas where we might find this part or 
substitute?  It is a 1983 Isuzu Turbo Charged airstream motorhome.
