I don't think you are looking for "Slipicone" although it is slippery stuff.

Most likely, the product is Silicone spray.  Many companies make it.  Dow
Corning is one possibility though they may be out of business due to the
silicone breast implant law suit some years ago.

A major source of silicone spray is 3M (Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing
Co.) the Scotch tape and coated abrasives folks.  This product (in an
aerosol can) is carried by cabinet maker supply companies and automobile
body shop supply companies.  It might also be found in hardware stores and
home centers.
