I have one installed on my GMC Sierra.  

      Plus                    Minus
Totally adjustable          Expensive
Heavy rubber flaps   Loctite needed on bolt threads
   They work        Flaps need to be trimmed to length
                     Hard for one to person install

What do you want to know?
