How is weight going to increase your air pressure?  If you are already
inflated to the max (stamped on the tires) and load requirements are also at
max without tongue weight then you need bigger tires.

If you are asking "Do I add tongue weight to load before I choose a pressure
from the inflation table?" then we have a different situation.
