Also, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) controls and licenses
transmitters.  Yes, those frequencies can warm up your gizzard!  When I was
teaching Radar Repair in Army Signal Corp in the 50's we would climb up and
warm our hands in front of the dish!  We were young and indestructible I
guess.
