The nameplate on the front street side of the A/S will show the
GVWR for the unit.  Probably it is around 8000 lbs.
Your E-150  may be a bit light, depending on the axle ratio and
where you want to go.  If you have a 4:10 axle and are a
conservative driver, you may be all right.   Better would be the
E-250 or F-250 for this size unit.  These would have a better
frame under them, more weight, heavier duty drive train, stronger
transmission, etc.
Get a GOOD hitch and have it properly set-up for your rig.
Practice towing, turning, and backing in a vacant shopping center
before going on the road.  Good Luck.
