[A/S] Floor Idea.

Well after looking at the entire floor of our unit. It isn't as bad as
we originally felt it was. I admit, it is real bad in 1 place, somewhat
bad in another small place, and one place GitRot should do the trick. We
are going to look some more at it, but looks like we might be able to
get around replacing the whole thing. I figure if it's uneven, we could
even just go with thinner plywood on top of the entire floor. That would
level it out, and ensure a super sturdy floor, and best of all, I
wouldn't have to mess with trying to get the wood under the wall!

Just wishing out loud at the moment.
