Mark,

Be very careful in researching this product.  TiVo is located here in the
Silicon Valley of California and according to the business journals has yet
to make money.  During the past 6 months TiVo has had some serious layoffs.
While you'll find good deals coming out of this, check who has the
responsibility to fix it.
