I couldn't agree more.  I towed for seven years with a fuel injected big
block Ford.  It did a good job.  But there is simply no comparison between
the towing ability and fuel economy of that 460 cubic inch gasoline fueled
V8 and the "small" 359 cubic inch six cylinder Cummins diesel I use now.  If
anyone is contemplating the purchase of a new puller for a relatively heavy
trailer, spend the extra money and buy the turbodiesel.  You won't regret
the decision.
