In a new trailer if it's level enough for you to not fall over when walking 
it's level. IOW, if you're comfortable it's level. I make mine LEVEL.... I 
use a big Tamarack level on the front of the trailer and get it level. Then I 
have a small square level in the freezer and level it front to back til the 
bubble is almost dead center.
