Thanks for your response to my question about radiant heat.  I know a
pints a pound the world around, but I don't think the total amount of
system water would be more than ( I'm guessing) 20 gallons max. 160 lbs.
?  .  Also wood flooring can and I think should go down directly over
the Pex.  Sheet goods would be another  story.
What I am more concerned with than weight which I understand to be an
important issue is the R value of only 2" of fiber glass insulation and
marginal insulation in the belly. I think the only way it would work
would be in a trailer that had been striped and retrofitted with more
insulation ( or factory upgraded) and a supplemental catalytic heater
for serious cold.
Oh well, maybe in the next life time. Actually, when fuel cells are
perfected, burning LP gas inside tin box to keep warm will seem pretty
