You might want to think about your plan.  Setting the thermostat at 35°
will keep the interior to that temperature, but the areas of the tanks
and lines will be lower than 35°.  For complete projection with a 35°
setting you will need parallel thermostats in all the areas needing
freeze protection.  A good thermal engineer could calculate the thermal
resistance between the room thermostat and your isolated water lines.
Then you could get a better idea of a safe room thermostat setting.  

Maybe 50° in the main trailer area is not such a bad idea.
