Easy answer to your question. The price range for a lot with a room is
$14,000 and up (into the $30,000s). There may be one even higher (corner lot
beside the pool).  Many of the lots have the option to buy the Airstream
already set up on the lot. If priced right, this could be an excellent deal,
particularly if it includes an installed "boot" between the room and the
Airstream (our preference).

There is a huge storage area behind the shops. If we buy a lot here, I would
not hesitate to bring more than one Airstream and tow vehicle here. I'd use
the storage area for them. There's no extra fee for storage, but there is a
full expectation that everything in storage is road worthy and looks
presentable. 

The price of a lot with just a concrete patio is less than $10,000. There
are one or two lots with no concrete, but I didn't notice if they were for
sale. With the current depressed economy combined with a large number of
lots for sale, it might be interpreted as a buyer's market.  Duh! Some
opportunities come along only once or twice in a lifetime and this might be
one of them. 

The monthly condo fee is $60 and annual taxes are $100. That's not too
shabby for living in what amounts to a lovely spot in Florida. The park is
located on US74 which on my AAA map is easily found by locating the numeral
74 on the line signifying the road (25 miles west of Punta Gorda).

Today, I saw an Airstreamer fishing in the pond and having a grand time. The
rule is catch and release.  There are some big fish in there and they put up
quite a fight. 

We are parked beside the reflection pool at the front near the gate. I like
the wide open spaces and this is the area for that. There's a park bench in
front of our Airstream for watching the clouds go by.  Quite pleasant
indeed.
