One other consideration you have to be concerned with
is the local taxing district.  I know in our area we
pay personal property tax to the county each year
which includes autos and RV's and other things.  To
get our license tags we have to show proof of payment
of this annual tax.  Now the fun thing is getting on
the tax roles for the first year which normally is
done by presenting some form of id with your address
shown on it.  Obviously you would have problems
storing your trailer here where I live since you
couldn't prove local residence.

Be careful when you finally determine where you will
register and don't get caught up in a regulatory
nightmare.
