[A/S] window seals

I was looking for people who have replaced the window seals.  I would 
like to replace mine and I live in Canada, so I will do it this 
summer.  Is there a way to replace the seals without removing the 
riveted window frame?  What have you people out there done in this 
regard.  Two of my windows have developed a slow leak.  I have found 
that the seal originally wrapped around the window edge and was then 
placed in the frame and riveted.  The windows that are leaking are 
ones that are stationary- non opening.  I also have one ceiling rivet 
leaking rain water.  I would like to seal the outer shell with a 
product at the rivet points only.  

The trailer I own is a 76 Argosy.
